The V Foundation requires all guests to COVID-clear to attend BOO-YAH: A Celebration of Stuart Scott on December 6, 2021. To facilitate this process, the V Foundation is partnering with VOW Digital Health, the Premier Platform for COVID-19 Healthy and Safe Events.

Per the requirements set out by the NYC Department of Health, you must provide proof that you have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine to gain entry to the event.

Please provide your most up-to-date cell phone number in registration. Upon completing registration, you will receive a private Welcome Message via SMS/text from VOW Digital Health.
