The V Foundation Signature Events team is looking forward to hosting you at BOO-YAH: A Celebration of Stuart Scott this December. Please refer to the below instructions to complete registration: 

• Input "1" into the Quantity field under the "Single Admission" package option below. 
• In the Discount Code field, input the custom access code you received in your event registration instructions. 
• Click the credit card authorization box at the bottom of the page to register your credit card for use during the Auction and Fund-A-Need portions of our event.
• Fill in the remaining fields as requested
  

The V Foundation requires all guests to COVID-clear to attend BOO-YAH: A Celebration of Stuart Scott on December 6, 2021. To facilitate this process, the V Foundation is partnering with VOW Digital Health, the Premier Platform for COVID-19 Healthy and Safe Events.

Per the requirements set out by the NYC Department of Health, you must provide proof that you have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine to gain entry to the event.

Please provide your most up-to-date cell phone number in registration. Upon completing registration, you will receive a private Welcome Message via SMS/text from VOW Digital Health.
