*to avoid duplication, please submit menus to the V Wine Celebration prior to the event.
AS PARTNER, I AGREE TO:
- Donate and prepare a tasting portion of food and/or beverage service - approximately 650 portions
- Provide staff and the necessary food/wine equipment for your tasting station. Limit (2) two staff per tasting station, unless otherwise specified by the V Wine Celebration staff - load in is from 4pm-6pm.
- Provide a business logo to be used for signage and/or publicity purposes by June 14, 2021. Please email a jpeg/png file to Tom Stokey, tstokey@v.org
THE V WINE CELEBRATION AGREES TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Vendor will be marketed as an official participating partner in the V Foundation Wine Celebration Auction Catalog Program.
- Provide tasting station for your product to include (1) one chef/restaurant or (1) one wine station. Service tables, ice, plates, glassware, flatware, and napkins will also be provided.
