Food and Beverage Partner Agreement

As a partner, I agree to:

Donate and prepare a tasting portion of food and/or beverage service - approximately 350 portions
Provide staff and the necessary food/wine equipment for your tasting station. Limit (2) two staff per tasting station, unless otherwise specified by the V Foundation staff.
Submit menu of offerings to Megan Spellman at mspellman@v.org by February 25, 2022.
Provide a business logo to be used for signage and/or publicity purposes by February 25, 2022. Please email a jpeg/png file to Megan Spellman at mspellman@v.org.

The V Foundation agrees to provide the following partner benefits:

Vendor will be marketed as an official participating partner at the V Foundation Wine | Country event.
Provide tasting station for your product to include (1) one chef/restaurant or (1) one wine station. Service tables, ice, plates, glassware, flatware, and napkins will be provided.
