A V Scholar grant is a $200,000 grant, paid over 2 years, which advances innovative young scientists establishing their independent research programs.

Unique to the V Foundation, the V Scholar Grant supports both research funds and access to professional development workshops, networking and collaboration via the annual V Scholar Summit, and provides a competitive edge to leverage additional funding from other sources.

Fewer grants mean less research. V Scholars are at a critical career junction, and without support, we could lose some of our most promising scientists due to pandemic disruptions.
