Your donations becomes the property of the V Foundation, and is to be offered for sale at an auction, the proceeds of which go to the V Foundation. Your Donation may be tax deductible. Please consult with your licensed tax advisor. 

*Please use one form per donated item. For inclusion in the published auction catalog, completed forms must be received by March 30, 2020. 

Important Donation & Event Information          

• The 6th Annual V Foundation Virginia Vine will take place April 24-25, 2020.
• By submitting an item, you grant permission for the item to be featured in our auction-related publications. Please share any marketing or press materials for use in properly promoting your donated item with Amanda Schroeder at aschroeder@v.org.  - Images must be high resolution, 300 dpi or greater. 
• If you are donating more than one item, please use a separate donation form for each item. ·       
• If wine is being provided, we kindly request for the wine to be packaged appropriately for transport. Please include polystyrene inserts, boxes, etc. to aid in protecting your valuable item. 
• Once the item(s) is received, an acknowledgement of your donation will be mailed to you for tax purposes.
