2019 Wine Celebration Showcase & Super Silent Auction packages are available with  bidding to all supporters, whether you’re attending the Gala & Auction or supporting from home. Mobile bidding will be open Wednesday, July 31st through Saturday, August 3rd. There is no cost to register to bid and YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT AT ANY OF THE EVENTS TO PARTICIPATE.

Getting Started

If you have registered for the Wine Celebration, you will be registered as a mobile bidder as long as you list your mobile phone number and have a credit card on file. If you are not attending the event, public registration begins on Tuesday, July 30th.

Once bidding opens, you will receive a welcome text or email saying that bidding is now open. Follow the personalized link in the message to access the bidding page and start bidding!


Let The Bidding Begin!

Once logged into the Mobile Bidding page, you can browse packages by name, number, keyword or category. Find your favorite items and hit click the STAR if you’re not quite ready to place a bid, BID to bid at the next increment, MAX BID to let the system do the work for you, or BUY NOW to outright purchase your selected package. You will receive a text message when you’ve been outbid.

An Auction Concierge Station & Mobile Bid Buddies will be available throughout the Wine Celebration weekend in our Luxury Gift Suite and at select events. For bidders not attending the events, a Mobile Bidding Expert is available for assistance by email at amanda@winecelebration.com. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

Closing Times

    Super Silent Auction- Saturday, August 3rd- 2:30pm

    Showcase Auction- Saturday, August 3rd- Prior to Lot 26 (Fund A Need) 

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL  

    Items are available for pick-up on Sunday, August 4, 2019, at The Grove at Hotel Villagio from 8am-1pm. All accounts must be paid in full, or guaranteed with a credit card, prior to lot release. Shipping and Courier services are available. All shipping arrangements, expenses and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Items requiring delayed shipping or extended storage hold will need to be coordinated directly with the shipping vendor. The V Foundation Wine Celebration will not be able to store any items post-event. Since shipping regulations vary from state to state, out of state bidders should be familiar with and are responsible for compliance with the laws of the destination locality.     Bidders not attending the event or who are unable to take home their winning packages at the end of the night will be contacted to arrange for pickup or shipping. If you’re unable to pick up, we are happy to ship your packages to you.Shipping costs must be covered by the winning bidder.
